Positive: Location, big fridge, pool, big bed, comfy couch, balcony, silence, sound proofing in the building.
Negative: Everything was fine except there is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom which spreads to the living room. Cleaning lady said it's a building issue, but nonetheless, if you are sensitive to smells, I would avoid.
